Charlie Loudermilk currently serves as director, development and investments for The Loudermilk Companies. In this position, Charlie manages development for new construction of mixed-use office and retail projects as well as renovations of existing assets. Charlie’s responsibilities include oversight of design, permitting, construction and leasing. Charlie is also involved in the acquisition and disposition activities for Loudermilk executing financial analysis and due diligence. Prior to joining the Loudermilk team, Charlie was an associate for Majestic Realty Company where he provided support for build-to-suit transactions, speculative property development, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing activity and marketing strategy. Charlie received a Bachelors Degree in Finance with Specialization in Real Estate from The University of Alabama.
