We recognize that tenants have choices in the marketplace, and we appreciate that our tenants have chosen to call our properties home. We strive to be as responsive and accommodating as possible to address our tenants’ needs. As long-term owners, we are committed to providing a quality and captivating built environment that will serve our tenants year after year.

People

At its core, a company is simply a collection of people. We seek to attract and retain the best and brightest that enhance our core values, while striving to help teammates make the most of their lives both professionally and personally. We encourage teammates to pursue work-life balance for their own health and well-being. “If you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything.”

Community

Since our inception, we have been striving to make the community a better place. The firm’s original investments were born out of a desire to revitalize Buckhead Village. That calling still exists today. As we evaluate investments or potential tenants, we consider the long-term benefits to the greater community. The Loudermilk Family Foundation supports numerous charitable organizations including the Atlanta Police Foundation, Covenant House, and Livable Buckhead. We encourage our teammates to serve or give back to their own communities as well.

Ecosystems

We invest in mitigation banks to restore wetlands, streams, and habitat conservation areas to offset adverse impacts to nearby ecosystems. The environmental purpose beyond profit is pivotal to our work in this category.
