Acquisition of 1801 Peachtree Street in Atlanta

ATLANTA, GA (August 30, 2021) – Commercial real estate investment firm, The Loudermilk Companies, announced today the acquisition of 1801 Peachtree Street in Atlanta. Closing took place on August 18, 2021.
1801 Peachtree Street is approximately 54,810 square foot office building located just two blocks south of Piedmont Hospital. The Loudermilk Companies intends to invest heavily in common area improvements and deferred capital projects to reintroduce the building to the marketplace.
The firm has retained George Olmstead of Cushman & Wakefield to handle leasing at the property, and ASD|SKY to design the renovations.
The purchase of 1801 Peachtree Street brings LCO’s Atlanta holdings to 425,000 square feet. Other Atlanta-area holdings include:
