INVESTMENT
We seek investments that can be improved to create synergy within surrounding communities, activating their full potential. Our family-owned and operated structure affords us aligned interest, the ability to act quickly, and the benefit of long term ownership.
DEVELOPMENT
Our development expertise includes condominium, office, medical office, retail and mitigation banking projects. Our primary goal during the development process is to activate potential for long-term impact.
LAND ACQUISITION
We invest in well-located urban development sites. Our competitive advantages are the relationships and superior knowledge of the markets in which we invest.
TIMBERLAND INVESTMENT
To diversify our holdings through real estate with a focus on natural resources, we currently own 5 properties consisting of 16,500 acres on which timber is actively managed for harvest.
MITIGATION BANKING
We serve other developers, government agencies, and the environment through our mitigation banking projects. The restoration of wetland, stream, and habitat conservation areas offsets adverse impacts to similar nearby ecosystems.
VC INVESTMENT
We have diversified into opportunistic businesses with a focus on adding value.
