Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Practice Group, along with developer The Loudermilk Companies, held an event last week to celebrate completion of site work and the beginning of vertical construction on 371 East Paces Ferry, a 145,415-square-foot Class A medical office building located in the heart of Buckhead. With virtually no Class A medical office space currently available within the Perimeter, 371 East Paces Ferry offers the opportunity for tenants to configure the exact-sized space for their needs in an vibrant in-town market.
Attendees included the four anchor tenants (Peachtree Dermatology, Piedmont Healthcare Internal Medicine, Concord Drugs, and Kalos Facial Plastic Surgery), as well as prospective tenants, brokers and the project team, which includes Brasfield & Gorrie, Kimley-Horn, and Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio, LLC. Guests got a sneak peek at new renderings as well as a tour of the construction site, and enjoyed “Cuatro de Mayo” treats.
